Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop, design, and maintain planning documents, including gameplay mechanisms, rules, and game loops/system processes
2. Ability to understand and design in-game economic systems, adjust system rules, and refine them based on game development progress and market feedback
3. Being able to design system experience content, enrich game themes, and enhance understanding of gameplay
4. Capable of communicating and designing with art and programming, and guiding both to complete research and development content
5. Regularly experience competitive or excellent products and share with the internal planning team
Qualifications for the position:
1. Have more than 2 years of planning experience, and participate in the entire process of system planning for at least one product, and operate smoothly for more than one year
2. Proficient in using office software such as OFFICE and at least using prototyping tools
3. Familiar with the mainstream mobile game gameplay in the current market, able to analyze and dissect their production methods
4. Have experience using Unity and be proficient in completing basic operations such as preset production
5. Strong expression ability, able to communicate rationally and accurately convey the meaning expressed
6. Responsible and able to adapt to high-intensity development environments
